Nestled on a tree-lined street in Chicago’s north Lincoln Park neighborhood, Bespeak Studios is recognizable for the whimsical horses painted on the exterior, buttercup-yellow front door, and welcoming storefront windows. Step inside the meeting space and you’ll find comfy areas to lounge in and areas to get down to business.
In designing the meeting space, we took care to preserve many unique features of the existing interior while making thoughtful updates, with the goal to transform the whole into an inviting environment perfectly suited to collaboration, creativity, and community.
Bespeak Studios packs a lot of versatility in its 1,000+ square feet, organized in these configurable meeting areas:
THE STOREFRONT (EAST & WEST)
Situated on either side of the entrance, these two areas are filled with natural light from the large windows and can accommodate up to 8 guests on each side at tables or comfy couches.
THE LONG HALL
This central space can seat 30-plus—either around long tables pushed together for brainstorming sessions, networking sessions, and meals or in rows for a workshop/classroom setup.
THE LONG HALL + OPEN OFFICE
Looking to present to a group of 40 or so? This L-shaped configuration is perfect for accommodating larger groups.
THE OPEN OFFICE
Located toward the back of the space, this open area can seat up to 10 guests at conference tables or a circle of chairs.
This cozy space can seat up to 4 on low-profile couches, vintage wood chairs, or an assortment of colorful pillows.
THE ENTIRE PLACE
Host an event for up to 50 people by taking over the whole space! For details on seating (and standing) arrangements, get in touch.
Bespeak Studios features a full kitchen with gas stove and double sink—perfect for business meals, potluck lunches and dinners, and meal prep by local caterers.
*This space has a low ceiling.Just a note: While we heartily embrace co-working spaces that give freelancers the opportunity to work on their individual projects in the company of others, at this time Bespeak Studios is focusing on providing space for groups of two and more to come together to share the ideas, knowledge, and projects that they’re passionate about.
